Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee.

No-Shows

Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows and are subject to a $75 fee.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show if there is not enough time to complete the service without impacting the next appointment. A $75 fee will apply, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Card on File

A valid card on file will be required to secure your appointment and may be charged applicable fees under this policy.

Deposits

Appointments requiring a deposit to reserve the time will forfeit the deposit when applicable under this policy. A new deposit is required when rescheduling.
